Training plan:
1. Warmup
2. Pause work 1 min on 30 seconds off X 6 – focus on big setup and driving forward and down at the front of the stroke;
3. 1 min on 1 min off X 5 with big anchor – focus on long, deep drives all the way through to the back of the stroke;
4. Float recovery 10 mins – focus on control through the recovery, acceleration through the water and locking in our water time together.
