Training plan:
1. Warmup
2. 2 mins on 1 min off @ 65 spm – focus on locking together at sub maximal race rate and working at maximum pressure;
3. 10 mins full pressure with almost pause at the front – focus on big setup and driving hard at the catch;
4. 1 min on 1 min off X 5 with small anchor – focus on full pressure all the way through a long stroke whilst under load.
