Warmup:
- Hand walk out + push up + hinge + hand walk in x5
- World’s greatest x5

Workout:
A1. 10min AMRAP
- squat x10
- bulgarian split squat x10
- glute bridge x10
- butterfly sit ups x10
- bicycle crunches x10

B1. Tabata (20sec on 10sec off)
- 1 1/4 squat
- mountain climbers
- squat jump
- burpees

C1. 10 to 1
- reverse crunches
- crunches (toe touches)
