Workout:
A1. 12min EMOM (choice of 6, 8, 10, 12 reps)
- push ups
- hand release push ups
- dips

B1. Partner workout (men vs women or with your training partner) 4 rounds, 1min rest between rounds
- plank up downs/plank
- plank shoulder taps/plank

C1. Core circuit – 5 rounds
- hollow hold x20sec
- crunches x20sec
- rest x20sec
