WARMUP:
- hand walk out + push up + hinge + hand walk in x5
- world’s greatest x5
- squat x10

WORKOUT:
A1. 10min AMRAP
- reverse lunge* x10
- push up (your choice of variation) x10
- 1 1/4 squat x10
- plank up downs x10
- leg raises* x10
(*there will be alternatives to these exercises if you can’t do them)

B1. TABATA (20sec on 10sec 0ff)
- squat
- squat jumps
- plank shoulder taps
- mountain climbers
(2 rounds x2, 1min rest after 2 rounds)

C1. CIRCUIT (30sec on 30sec off)
- single leg glute bridge L
- single leg glute bridge R
- bear crawl hold
- bear crawl hold with arm raise
(1 round x2, 1min rest between rounds)

D1. CORE
- plank x30sec
- side plank L x30sec
- side plank R x30sec
- rest x30sec
(3 rounds)
