Training plan
1. Warmup – progressive paddling for 5 mins per side
2. 10 mins paddling – 5 mins full pause the 5 mins drop pause but maintain setup. Focus on practicing the big body weight drive from the standup paddling yesterday.
3. 2 mins on 1 min off X 4. Focus on building the engine. Drive at full pressure for the 2 mins, rest for 1 min then go again.
4. Float recovery 10 mins. Focus on getting and holding boat run. When we have it rate can push up slightly on the sweeps call.
